Prismatic Rewards is our free loyalty program for customers who shop directly with Prismatic Spellworks. The program is configured in SortSwift, and we are validating how rewards appear on customer accounts and at our Shopify checkout.
Earn points
Eligible purchases recorded in the program earn 2 Points per $1 spent at the Bronze level. Points do not expire. Your tier is based on the total Points you have earned over time:
- Bronze: 0+ lifetime Points; 2 Points per $1.
- Silver: 500+ lifetime Points; 1.25× the base earning rate.
- Gold: 2,000+ lifetime Points; 1.5× the base earning rate.
Use your points
100 Points are worth $1 in rewards. The minimum redemption is 100 Points, and Points may cover up to 50% of a qualifying sale. Our configured reward catalog includes $5 off for 500 Points and $10 off for 1,000 Points. Online checkout redemption is still being validated; Points do not currently appear as a payment option in the cart.
Refer a friend
Our configured referral offer awards 500 Points to each member when a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase of at least $50 through a valid referral. We are validating the customer referral flow before making referral links available.
Trade-ins and store credit
Store credit issued for accepted cards is separate from loyalty Points. SortSwift supports point awards when a buylist trade is completed, but our trade-in point rate and customer account flow are still being confirmed. A buylist estimate or submission alone does not earn Points. We will publish the trade-in reward terms when they are ready.
Online orders and help
SortSwift is designed to match a paid Shopify order to a customer by Shopify customer ID or email and award eligible Points automatically. We are checking that process with our first live transactions. If your balance does not look right, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Marketplace orders are not included in this website program at this time.
Returned, canceled, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify; associated Points may be reversed. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust or end the program prospectively. For questions, use our Contact page.
